What You’ll Learn: Course Pro Breakdown
Course Pro quest is divided into 4 different parts.
I’ll let you know what are those 4 parts and what you can expect to learn in each of it in few minutes.
But first, I would like to tell you few important things. This quest is not something where you’ll watch some screen recording to develop your course selling website and upload videos.
It’s 100% about the science behind course creation. You’ll learn various different techniques involved in every part of the course creation and selling process.
And its all theoretical lessons with practical tips that has worked for Vishen and Jimmy. You’ll have action task at the end of each lesson and you must do it if you expect something out of this course.
No use if you just keep on watching the lessons without taking any action.
This is a long course so do not think you’ll do something at the end after completing it. I strongly suggest you to do the action task at the end of each lesson immediately. You don’t have to do it perfectly but just do it. Trust me, it’ll definitely help you get the best out of this quest for you.
There is a discussion section for each lesson. It’s not that active but you can still use it.
There is a neatly organized resources section to find what you need. You can get the filming equipment guide, landing page demo video and more in the resources area.
Plus, you also get access to the stories of people who have taken this quest. It was very useful for me. Whenever I felt down or overwhelming, i just go to the stories section to keep me motivated. Small thing but I kind of liked it.
If possible, prepare a rough idea with outline for your course and then start this quest. The reason why I’m telling you this is because it’ll be then easy for you to take action based on the new concepts that you’ll learn. For instance, if you are learning how to structure your lessons in the course, you can test it out on the lessons you’ve already outlined.
Okay, now lets move one and see what you’ll learn in each of the four parts of this quest.

In part one, you’ll discover and define your uniqueness.
Have you ever looked at someone else’s success and thought, Wow, they’ve got it all figured out. why can’t I? Yeah, me too.
The truth is, most of us have this inner critic that tells us we’re not unique enough, or our ideas aren’t groundbreaking.
That’s where this part of the Mindvalley Course Pro quest hits you like a lightbulb moment. It’s not about reinventing the wheel, it’s about embracing what makes you “you”.
In this section, you’ll dive into the power of building your identity, one that reflects who you are and serves your bigger goals.
I learned how to work through fears that used to stop me in my tracks, like worrying about failure or judgment. It turns out most fears are either preventable or manageable.
This part also teaches you to see mistakes not as disasters but as opportunities to find solutions. And honestly, that mindset alone is freeing.
Another thing that I liked was understanding how to create a course without getting caught up in perfectionism. From honing your brand frequency to defining your personal style and even working with budget-friendly photography tips, the lessons here are super practical.
You don’t need a fancy setup to stand out, just creativity and a willingness to try. It’s all about showing up authentically, and this part of the course gives you the tools to do exactly that.
After completing the six lessons in the part one, you’ll feel a shift in how you see yourself and your potential to launch your course.
The second part is where you’ll learn to design the structure and content of your course.
Creating an online course sounds exciting, doesn’t it? But when I sat down to actually map one out, I was hit with a wave of Where do I even start?. That’s where this part of the Mindvalley Course Pro quest really shined.
It gave me the structure I desperately needed while letting me add my personal touch to the process. If you’re ready to take your expertise and turn it into a course that actually makes an impact, this section is like your personal blueprint.
One of the first things you’ll learn is how to align your niche with your unique experiences and perspective. For me, this was an eye-opener. I realized I didn’t need to compete with everyone else out there. I just needed to lean into my story and what makes my approach different.
The course also helps you navigate the resistance that can come up when you’re shaping your identity. Let me tell you, getting comfortable with being seen is half the battle, but it’s so worth it.
Another standout takeaway was the Six Shifts exercise. It’s all about envisioning how you want your course to transform your students. This helped me get super clear on my goals, not just what I wanted to teach, but how I wanted my students to feel and grow after completing the course.
You’ll also learn how to nail down the essential videos every course needs: your promo video, intro, main lessons, and that warm, personal thank-you video. And trust me, making your curriculum digestible and engaging isn’t as daunting as it seems.
You’ll get to know about something called the ABCS technique and how to use it in your course creation process. Vishen has used this technique to write his best selling book.
By the end of the second part, you’ll get confident about designing a course that’s uniquely yours.
Crafting your course materials is the third part.
If you’ve ever thought, How am I supposed to actually create this thing?, you’re not alone. Producing a course can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re juggling ideas, tech setups, and the pressure to make everything perfect. But this part of the Mindvalley course pro quest showed me that it doesn’t have to be that way. The key is breaking things down into manageable steps and focusing on progress, not perfection.
One of the most valuable lessons here was the concept of the “pajama draft.” It’s all about filming out your course from start to finish without worrying about making it flawless. No fancy scripts, no perfect takes, just trying out how you want your lessons to flow. For me, this approach took away so much pressure. It allowed me to focus on the bigger picture instead of obsessing over the small details too early in the process.
This section also dives into creating content that’s engaging and entertaining. Let’s face it: no one wants to sit through a boring lecture. The course taught me to think about each piece of content with a clear objective, why it’s there and what I want my students to take away.
And let’s talk about the trailer. Before this course, I didn’t realize just how important that one video is. It’s the first impression people get of your course, and if it doesn’t grab their attention, they’re probably not buying. The tips here for creating a compelling and professional-looking trailer were super practical, even if you’re working on a tight budget.
Once you’re done with this part, you’ll not only know how to create your course but also feel confident doing it. From planning your content objectives to preparing for the actual shoot, everything is laid out in a way that feels doable, even for someone who’s never been on camera before.
The fourth and final part of this quest teaches you about launching and promoting your finished course.
Publishing and marketing a course is where everything starts to come together. This part of the quest made me understand the importance of finding the right platform for my course.
I learned that there’s no “perfect” platform, whether you choose one with a built-in marketplace or something more independent, it depends on your goals. It also encouraged me to explore multiple platforms to maximize reach.
Creating a compelling landing page was another major focus. I got some practical tips like what needs to be there in a landing page and why. But what i didn’t like about this portion was it focussed more on Udemy course landing page creation.
And then, of course, there’s the launch. This section walked me through creating pre-launch excitement by tapping into my inner circle, building a buzz, and even using social proof to gain traction. The strategies were straightforward yet impactful, and I realized how essential it is to plan well ahead of the actual launch date.
Lastly, marketing. I learned how to set up lead capture systems and use tools like email funnels, Instagram, and YouTube to keep engaging with potential students. This quest made it clear that consistent marketing isn’t optional, it’s the lifeline that keeps your course successful.
If you’re looking for actionable, beginner-friendly insights into publishing and promoting your course, this part of the program has you covered.
As you can see, you’ll learn a lot of different things in this quest so make sure you implement what you learn as soon as possible.
