IIT Kanpur is recruiting students and graduates for the role of Project Associate to work on various ongoing and upcoming projects which are generally funded by various government organisations in India.
The post is purely temporary and on contractual basis for a period of one year. The period may be extended based on requirement.
You can get a consolidated salary every month based upon the projects.

Essential Qualification
- B.Tech + 2 years of relevant experience
Project
- DRDO sponsored project SPO/CAIR/EE/2021312
Salary
- Rs.15,000 to 30,000/- per month.
Duration
- 12 Months (Might be extended on the basis of performance)

Desired Requirements
- Hands-on experience with electronics components and devices, dsPIC30f4012 micro-controller, PMDC & BLDC motors, their drivers, their sensing, and their control, PCB design and soldering, hardware, C/C++ language and office work.

- Deep Learning Framework for Robust Source Localization and Tracking using Spherical Arrays
Desired Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics/Communication Engineering) or M.E/MTech (Electronics/Communication Engineering)
- Working experience with Signal and Audio processing, Good programming skills in Matlab/Python, deep learning platforms such as Tensorflow and Pytorch.
- Experience with handling large datasets
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems independently and work well as part of a team.
